Maintenance - roof and gutters

Doing my quarterly cleaning today and notices what appears to be fasteners popping up under my rubber roof. The membrane feels like it is coming unglues in that area too. Also found the caulk(?) cracking along the gutter on the opposite side of the trailer. What to do about roof, and what to use to re-caulk the gutter? Pics attached.Click image for larger version

You can try to take a piece of thick rubber mat or a rubber mallet and drive the popped up fasteners back in, but don't be surprised if they're screws and won't budge. In that case you'll need to slit the membrane and screw them back in. I'd then cover the slits with an eternabond tape patch. Cleaned and applied correctly it will last linger than the RV.

As for the caulking, that's Dicor non-sag caulk. Just clean it up and replace it with the same thing.

Thanks. I figured I'd have to cut into the roof. It's on a corner, so I may just remove the dicor and peel it back to find out what's going on. I'm afraid there may be a leak thats started. Hope I caught it early!
