We used the cooktop 3 weeks ago. We tried last week. Nothing. Hooked it up with the hose provided. Nothing. 285 IDKS

For me, when I hook up the hose- I have to flip a little lever to lock it in place and allow propane to flow. Do you have pictures of your hose ends and connector on the stove/camper?

I will try that. Mine has a little lever underneath the trailer and on side of the trailer. Maybe I didn't have it hooked up properly on the one connection under the trailer . I'll try the lever again.

I've used mine several times (borrowed my buddy's hose during a group camping trip). It worked fine. Hope you can figure out the problem.

Yes. You should. Or it's in the "basement" with all the other gadgets

Basement...? The little cubby holes next to the bed? Or the front pass through storage compartment...?

Ok. Yeah I'll have to call my dealer. It wasn't in the front compartment for sure.

Our hose was in the cabinet above the cooktop and sink in the outside galley

Any resolution on this?

I noticed that when I did not turn the lever, our BBQ wouldn't light. As soon as I turned the lever to be in line with the hose, it fired right up.
