SC226 outside TV connection

I will be at a campground that does not have cable hookup so I will have to use the antenna for local channels. I want to watch the football games outside. If I connect to the outside cable outlet will that allow the me to have the outside TV on the antenna?

There should be an outside antenna outlet. If you only have one outside connection, its probably for the antenna. Have you tried it?

Yes. Push in the button to power the antenna and then do a channel search on the TV. I do it all the time.

JBurley,
If in the future you want to upgrade the TV mount here is what I did.

Replaced the TV with a 40 inch and installed a swivel locking bracket.

I then installed the existing bracket outside by the connections.

Now I use the jensen outside.

JWedell:

I have the swivel TV in my unit. How did you attach the outside bracket to the trailer?

I am reworking the under bed storage to Put in a hamper with storage and a spot to store the TV. Or I may store it in the sofa draw I made.
