Understand you frustration. While we like ours, poor quality workmanship and dealer service has us convinced never to buy Forrest River or the dealership again. So far we had water running through the front window, then the front window cracked. Additionally the awning doesn't work properly, water leak in the bottom and the kitchen sink was leaking. It's back in the shop waiting a new window. Dealership device department been extremely diffecult to work with. It's either a six week wait before they will even look or out right refusal to submit for warranty. Went back to the salesman and manager asking if they wanted to buy the P.o.S. back. To the managers credit, he did get everything covered under warranty.

Wow!! Sorry you’ve had such bad luck. I hope ours isn’t that bad. Time will tell.

Dealer is 2 hours from us.
this fuse blew several times with us.... issue was overtravel on the slide. operator error.... watch it close and release button quickly when closed or open. ... we bump.bump.bump it last couple of inches.

This makes 100% sense. The guy that did our PDI told my wife to hold it down and I had a gut feeling she was holding it down too long but who am I? I just bought the damn thing and he was the professional. I think that’s what happened. Thanks for the input.
