I'm with ya. My guess is that its for an LED string light under the counter top. We have the same switch and lighting around our island and it is a really nice nightlight feature. Very hard to see during the day though.

pretty sure It's one of the water heater switches. One water heater switch uses gas, the other electric.

Nope, the red one on the far left is for the WH propane side and the one for the electric side, is accessed from the outside WH hatch.

OP hasn't returned since posting in this thread. Maybe the switch made them disappear?

I also vote for some type of dim lighting that will be obvious in the dark.

Do you have a WifiRanger? I had a similar switch to turn it on.

If it is like my 202RBLE it is the electric hot water switch. On mine it was just a sticker with that info on it.

Extra switch
Some under storage spaces have lights or an access light on the front of the unit.

On our 2018 Surveyor 243RBS the single black switch controls the LED strip lights under the kitchen counter top.

Well here is yet another guess, try the water pump. When not connected to a water source, turn that switch on, followed by opening any fauces (kitchen, vanity, or shower, if you hear a rumbling motor sound, then it's the water pump motor. If there is a noise, turn switch OFF while water is still running, if motor sound turns off, you have confirmed it.

I would hope that the switch to the left of the switch in question labelled "Water Pump" would provide switched power to the water pump. Then again, we're talking about Forest River's fine craftsmanship!
Other than some under cabinet LED's, my 2nd guess would be that the switch is just the main control for the overhead light. Maybe the OP is just pushing the button on the light itself to turn it on and off with that switch on?

The red rocker switch just left to the black switch, that the OP asked about, clearly says water pump. And in the 30 years I've been RVing, I've never seen a black water pump switch. They've always have been a red rocker switch, that illuminates when turned on.

I fear this thread is headed for the dead thread bucket. We have not heard anything from the OP, so we don't know if any of our guesses are correct or not. OP...anything??

It looks like it might be a switch for tank heaters.
