Where is my converter? (Where is the code for my router?)

We bought a 2020 RKS 251 Surveyor Luxury and it has One Control. The only thing is that there is supposed to be a password inside one of the cabinets on a white sticker. I called FR and advised it is not there. Of course they said, "no it has to be". We have had 3 adults in there looking and nothing. They said on our converter there should also be a sticker with the password. Maybe a stupid question but where is the converter? FR said it should be in my fuse box in the back. I took that cover off and I don't see anything. Has anyone else run into this issue?

Most converters are with the Distribution panel. In a video, I can see that it is probably below the fridge next to the entry door.

It is part of or just behind the Fuse box panel with the circuit breakers.

I have a 2017 251rks the converter is right below the refrigerator with the fuse box. I would check in the medicine cabinet which is close to the utilities control panel, if it is in the same location as mine. Or in the cabinet next to microwave. Good luck!!

jhudson13, have you located your converter? Have you looked where suggested?

Mine is behind my fuse panel. When everything is quiet turn on your lights in the camper, you should hear the converter making noise like a fan or it is a fan.

LCI says the pass word is on the wifi router. This is commonly in a cabinet somewhere in the center part of you rig. Also my 2020 coachmen has the LCI screen but only controls auto level the camper is not set up for the rest of the one control abilities so myunit does not have a router.

Are you sure they said converter? I helped my friend set theirs up and the login/password label was on the WiFi router. We used that and an Ethernet cable to to log into the admin interface and configure.
You can find instructions for your particular system in the Lippert master manuals https://support.lci1.com/master-manuals/
I believe Electronics is where we found the detailed instructions.

Yes. I also called Lippert directly and they told me the same thing. He walked me through it as I was on the phone with him.

All this was about a wifi password?! Too bad we all thought it was about the AC-to-DC converter.

Thanks for all the responses and sorry to have inconvenienced anyone.

No inconvenience at all! If we didn't want to participate in this forum, we wouldn't
Just glad you got it going. I have found most manufacturer tech support very helpful. Also the Lippert master manuals are a great resource.
I'm still trying to convince myself that the One Control is a step up in convenience, but seems like they can also be a new major source of frustration! But, like everything else, they come with a learning curve.
Happy RVing!

No mention of Wifi in #1. Subject is where is my converter. Should have been "where is the code for my router." One Control (I assume is a brand name) and is just what, a router?

Most of us knew what he was after, and he has fixed his problem. Why pick over meaningless details now?
