18rrbl shower not working

My shower will not operate. I have my fresh water tank full and the pump is on. I do not have an external water supply connected.
ideas on where to start?
My first RV - 2023 Forest River 18RRBL

Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post.
Do you have a Showermiser valve in your shower?
Do you possibly have the flow turned off at the shower head?

i only have two valves - that I can see. one is to direct the water (multi ports on shower) and the other is hot or cold.

I do not see a shower miser nor do I see any other valves to operate.
The outside shower works as designed.

thanks

Shall we assume water flow using the pump is OK at every other faucet too?

Can you post a photo of your shower controls?

Is your shower incorporated with a tub? If so, does water flow into the tub?
Please provide a photo of your shower/faucet configuration.

This suggests a tub/shower combo.

In my, quite different, rig, my shower faucet has a conventional stopper on the tub filler that I lift to cause water to go to the shower. The hose to the shower head is "outside" the wall...straight up from the faucet. That link does not mention a shower miser. It's possible that, if you have water to the tub but no water to the shower head, there is a blockage somewhere between the tub nozzle and the shower head. Assuming you have fiddled with the shower head to make sure it's not turned off, that blockage could be as simple as a displaced rubber gasket or a chunk of loose plastic.

Remove the shower wand from it's hose. If water flows out of the hose there's a blockage in the shower wand. Could be as simple as the wand is turned off -- usually a cross-bolt valve.

Thumbs up

I appreciate all the responses - it was truly rookie operator error. I simply needed to pull up on my handle to turn on the water.

Nevertheless, it is nice to receive useful and thoughtful responses.

Now, shower time!

thanks

Thanks for coming back and reporting.
It is refreshing to see someone ask a question, receive answers and come back to let all know what the issue was.
Many do not.
