25rr rear door gap

Just went in my 2013 25rr and noticed I could see daylight from the top of the rear ramp. Trailer was purchased last year and parked in this same spot for a couple months last year with no issues. . I swear it wasn't like that a couple weeks ago!! I brought it home 3 weeks ago and parked it on my concrete driveway. The driveway does slope for run off, but it is more level than most campgrounds.

I moved the rear stabilizers up and down and tried different boards for each side . No change to the gap. It doesn't appear that any water has made it in. We just had heavy rain a few days ago. It is still under warranty and I will call my dealer Monday. Anybody else have an issue like this?

hmmmm, I have not had that issue with my 25rr and I hope I don't. My guess is the hinge has loosened up or something, could be a frame defect too.

Brought it back from dealer yesterday. They put a new seal on and it looks like it worked. Just wondering if this is gonna be a yearly replacement.

I had the same thing but took a different approach to fixing it. I did not notice it originally either. Glitch or workmanship, dunno...

Thanks for the information. Great heads up!
Anyone know if there is a pull down screen door available for the 25 RR rear door?

What approach did you take to fixing your door gap?
