325pack13 lost license plate

Hi. Just got back from a trip to Texas and was at the dealer doing winterizing. As we were backing into our storage lot we noticed that the license plate and most of the plastic mount were gone. No idea where or when we lost it.

Anyone else have this happen? What did you replace it with? It appears to mount under the left tail light or be part of it. Was getting dark and cold so didn't spend a lot of time looking at it.

They seem like cheap plastic. I'm sure there are a ton laying in ditches. Michigan has a very pricey "permenant trailer" plate I hope your replacment isnt pricey

I think my 315 has it in the same spot...we drug coming out of a steep side road and the plate ripped through the bolts. I ended up just using self tapping screws and washers right into the bumper in the same spot under the tail light.

Yes, first time taking mine to my property I ripped the plate and one of the rear stabilizing jacks off on a steep hill. I end up bolting the plate to the ramp on the lower left side. I also had someone come out and re-grade the hill.

Plastic frame busted off on our first trip, now the plate gets bent when coming down short steep hills.
I was going to hang it from short chains to save the plate from getting more damaged. Getting a new plate from DMV requires a appointment in my state.

I found that backing up the plastic bracket with galvanized sheet metal has worked well, no more wobbly or lost license plates.

Send a message via MSN to Tiggerdad
Lost mine on a previous trailer.
Used small hose clamps to fasten it to the ladder even though it is on the opposite. We never travel at night.

That's what I'm thinking of doing.

Happened to me too

Same thing happened on our 365PACK16. I installed a separate license plate light on the bumper and drilled and tapped 4 holes in the bumper to secure the plate.
