Can-Am Spyder in a 19RR

Has anyone attempted to fit a Can-Am Spyder in the 19RR? A friend is looking to buy one for her Can-Am Spyder. Any info will be appreciated.

I had a 21RR and I think the ramps are the same size... So no it won't fit. There might be slight variations in widths between models and years. But none will fit the 50 1/4 inch wide open of the ramp door. I think a Spyder is just under 62" wide.

Correction on my 21RR ramp door width. Mine was a 2012.

Some older Grey Wolfs were only 50 1/4", but not sure what model or year.

I had saved a brochure from Cherokee that showed the door at 59" and another brochures showing 69". I measured mine and it was 60" wide and 70" high. Eventhough there is enough trailer width to accomadate 69". If the door was full width, or the maximum allowed, the cabinets would restrict what could be loaded.

This is what I think, if you can see the ramp door is noticably offset to the left, it is proabably 60", but if no offset (or slightly offset) it is 69". So it is model and year specific. It seems to me, the newer ones are coming with the 69" door, which is good.

The most awkward thing about the older 19RR and the 21RR, of which I have experienced, and what motivated me to upgrade... is squeezing or climbing around the bike or whatever you can fit in to get to the bathroom or bed. The entrance door in the back is a poor design.

I have seen newer Grey Wolfs with two doors, so I just bought the wrong one! Here's a link to a good buy on one.

My 2014 Spyder RTS fits in my 3062V. You need door 60" width. My Spyder is 9 1/2 feet long so I opted for a 12 foot garage. the Spyder manual has tie-down recommendations that work with the supplied floor rings.
