fantastic fan vent cover issue

I have a 2021 26RR and recently tried to install a vent cover for my fantastic fan. Id like to leave the vent open and not worry about rain splashing in.

Has anyone had clearance issues caused by the 50 watt solar panel being to close to the vent and if so, were you able to overcome the problem or did you just say the heck with it?

I can only think of 3 ways to get by this issue: relocate the solar panel (more holes in the roof.. Nope!), Remove the solar all together (Really?), or just live with what I got but not what I want.

If you provide a pic I"m sure someone on the forum will have a solution it might be that you could move the solar slightly without making more holes by moving the panel on the supports instead of moving the position of the supports on the roof. A pic is really needed. JMHO
