Flooring ISSUE 2020 Cherokee 294RR

My wife and I purchased brand new a 2020 294RR July 2020, About a 6 weeks ago I loaded my 1990 Honda Goldwing in the rear for the very first time going to a Bikers Roundup. As I back the Bike out I noticed that the floor has sunk in where the rear tire sat and the Ramp itself has a weak Spot. It is at a service facility but still awaiting warranty approval or disapproval. My question is has anyone else experience this issuers as I feel should have never happened and the camper always remain under storage when not is use. I have always heard good things about the company and hope they will stand behind their craftsmanship.

There was another post here a few months ago with the exact same issue when a motorcycle was loaded/unloaded. I didn't follow it to the end as it didn't pertain but if you do a search you might find if there was a result.

Oh... and welcome to the forum. I see it is your 1st post!

Mines a 2016 Vengeance but I just noticed a soft spot in the garage floor right where AI ride my motorcycle in to lock it into my chock. I'm out of warranty so I will have to pull the rubber up and see what is going on.

Just to follow Up with my previous post. I was contacted by Forest River stating that my warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do. The repair facility wants $1700 to repair. As I walk around the inside of the unit the flooring in other areas is kind of in question. So I have decided to take out the old vinyl flooring to see what is the over all condition and what type of craftsmanship went into building. I will provide detailed photos as well as what I had to do to correct the situation and hopefully prevent someone from having the same issues. I may even create Youtube Video. Thanks

I assume you already checked the roof covering? Please keep us posted. I have not experienced this in ours but maybe yours was built during the COVID panic/shortage nonsense and FR cut corners?
