My 39R12 nightmare!

Hey everyone,

I have been having more problems with my unit than you all can imagine!

I have a slide that's falling apart, a roof that's coming off and countless small issues.

Ty Miller in California suggested that I have my trailer serviced at Toy Hauler Liquidators in Fresno CA. This was in 2015. They have lost my paperwork several times (not Ty's fault) and then last fall, they said that they could no longer help me.

Luckily, I still had all of my correspondence with dates showing that I submitted all of my paperwork before the warranty expired. (I have a second year warranty from FR).

I have been dealing with Dawn over at the Cherokee factory and we have been going back and forth for several months. All this time, I have a very expensive toyhauler that I cannot use.

They are now not willing to do any of the repairs. This is her email to me:

He have been going through this as well. He have had 42 warranty claims in 15 months. In fact our camper has been in the shop all but 25 days this year. We have finally had enough and are in the process of suing Forest River now. I suggest contacting an attorney if you feel they are not doing what they said they would do.
