New Grey Wolf 18RRBL - Fridge, Power, Tongue Weight and Tongue Setup

Loving our new 18RRBL. Had it out a few times already, very short trips, 1 on shore power and the others boondocking (natl park campsites without power).

I am moving beyond the stage of "you don't know what you don't know" which is exciting. I've found a ton on the forum and you tube already, but some specifics I'm unsure on:

-Using the trailer for a 3 day weekend approx once every 3 weeks; how necessary is it to use the bio pak type black tank treatments? I intend to empty black tank after every trip and flush.

-Given my usage, does it hurt to leave the fridge on in boondock mode all the time? In SoCal I have ample sunlight keeping the the batteries full all day (200W) solar and where its parked I'm getting at least 8 hours of sunlight per day. Battery voltage hasn't dropped from 13.7 doing this since new. Any issues with with fridge and constant usage?

-Has anyone come up with an awning to cover the rear deck? I am thinking of getting something like this: https://a.co/d/clLxm7f
Mounting to where the deck cables attach to the trailer with thumbscrews when using. Just need to extend the legs to allow them to touch the ground or fix to the trailer. Thoughts?

-I need to turn the electric tongue jack to the side, anyone have a tutorial on this? It should clear my tailgate this way.

-POWER - I currently have 2 lead acid Deka DP 24 Batteries (pics attached) how can I calculate my usable capacity vs lithium ion? I am hoping to understand usable AH capacity to increase while also reducing tongue weight.

-Tongue - The dealer preinstalled a Fast Way e2 round bar style WD hitch. You can see in the pics, they moved my propane tanks father forward to mount the sway arms to the trailer frame. They are currently mounted at 25.5" from the ball center. After reading the manual, 27" is the optimal mounting distance, but 24-27 is acceptable. From a tongue weight perspective, would it be more impactful moving the propane tanks back near the battery box (I'll still have access) and running 24" on the WD hitch arms?
OR keeping the propane up front where they moved it to and going to the full 27" of mounting distance?

Thanks for any and all replies, I am currently scouring the forums to find the info I am looking for as well.

Moved thread from the General Community Discussion section to the Toyhauler section's Cherokee sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to a Cherokee toyhauler and not general questions.

OP, there are no attached pics. Also posting what your tow vehicle is would help, regarding the WDH.
