Refrigerator too cold

Our refrigerator is so cold it is actually freezing some of our food. Any ideas on how to regulate temp ? There is no temp dial like there would be in a conventional frig.

Please post the make and model # of the refrigerator.
Always post as much information as possible, such as, including make/model, R/V type or residential refrigerator, whether this is an on-going problem or just started happening and what you have done to try and rectify the issue.

If it's a domestic, there should be a white thermister attached to the fins that should slide up and down that will adjust the temperature. If I remember correctly, slide down for cooler, up for warmer. Skip

It’s a Norcold, thermister is not quite all the way up, so I just slid up as far as I could so to not be off the fin. See what that does. Thanks all for your input.

With the thermister moved up, refrigerator is running normal. Thanks.
