Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. If you are saying the bottom sections moves before the top but the unit slides out this is not unusual with rigs. Are you ensuring you are level with your stabilizers down before moving the slide? What does "GM" mean?

Depending on the slide mechanism that is relatively common and if top and bottom end up fully extended or retracted at the end of the cycle it isn't a problem. Some mechanisms are adjustable but it is probably not worth the effort if the lag is small.

My large slide in my 365Pack16 does it all the time - bottom first, then top after bottom moves a couple of inches. Does it even when level. Just finished a 5000 mile trip where it was put in and out dozens of times. No problems.

If you have Accuslide actuators (cables at top and bottom of slide) this is easily adjusted by adjusting the 4 cable tensioners but if the slide closes completely and opens completely at top and bottom it is probably not worth it.
