Make sure you check clearance from the bottom of bike and ground. My VTX 1300 bottoms out so I had to improvise ramp to not have as steep a slope. Click image for larger version

i load my commander 1000xt in backwards. Motor is further back and puts more weight closer to the axles. I try to center as perfect as i can as it helps with stability. Almost seems like they designed the 27rr around the commander as it fits very nice! I also shut the front garage door and pull the sxs as far forward as possible. i do not put anything else into the garage area. The rest goes in either the front storage compartment or my truck. This weekend will be our 3rd trip camping in the 27rr and so far we love it! still learning a few things but getting it figured out and dialed in each time.

Biggest thing......enjoy that 27rr!

Also no ramp mods needed. the mander has plenty of ground clearance to just pull it right in. Just make sure the top of the sxs does not snag the rolled up screen enclosure if its hanging low enough.
