Warranty Issue

I'm sorry if this topic has already been covered but I couldn't find it. I have a slide out issue with my 5 month old Cherokee grey wolf toy hauler. It needs an entire new system according to the dealer because the weather stripping wasn't trimmed properly in production and got sucked into the gears.

FR is denying the warranty claim and the dealership and I haven't been able to get an answer from them as to why. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it? Does anyone have a contact number that won't result in being on hold forever?
