AAA has been better than Good Sam in every instance for me and I was covered by both

Been a few years, but when we were stranded in snow on a back mountain road in North Carolina AAA said we were "not a priority call" and refused to provide service. It was an unusual situation with unusual snowfall, but we were traveling with children and needed to get off that mountain. We now have riders on our regular auto insurance to cover RV towing.
