Have you tried the switch by start button?

Have you tried this switch? There is a switch just to the right of the start button and to the left of the oil stick/filler.

No, I don't notice that one. I'll go to the dealer tomorrow and see if they've figured it out and try to look for this.

Once when I changed the oil on Winnebago Minnie's Onan generator, I cleaned the area under the oil filler/stick and accidentally flipped the switch. Took a half hour to track it down after I fired it up and tried to exercised it.

My old motorhome had manuel switch. Inside the power door for inlet cord, I plugged the inlet campsite plug into a box with a power plug in for generator. If on shore power, the cord plugs into campsite box. Keeps from accidently having both plugged in at same time and there was no transfer switch. It just meant if loss of shore power, I had t go outside, unplug from campsite and plug into box inside electrical cord plug in box for generator. Was easy to get to.

I just took our RV to dealer for the same issue. In my case, if you remove the generator panel, there's a little black toggle switch at the right of the prime thing or manual start up (not a tech person &#128513. Ours was in the office position and once flipped it worked like a charm

Exactly as in my photo in the post 6 prior. Common issue and easy to overlook.

raulrio, I wonder how long the dealer will be searching? I hope the switch solves it!

Yes, some. The woman in the service dept called to tell me that a breaker was tripped and the vehicle is ready for pickup, but they could not really tested because I have less than a quarter tank of gas. The could have called or just gotten the fuel and added that to the bill!!! More later, going to pick it up this afternoon around 4.

Maybe they did not have time to drive it somewhere to get fuel !!!
Maybe letting your tank get below 1/4 started your problems ???

No, I had around a half tank when I first tried it and it did not work. A possibility may be that the inexperienced gal who did the orientation started the generator while the RV was plugged to house current.
It sure seems like after the sale, their time is too valuable to spend on you! They have fuel and propane right there.
