We have a '13 Sunseeker.

I think this might matter for this question - the unit also has the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Assist Suspension on the rear only, not the front.

We're looking at adding Bigfoot levelers. On their website, they show three available control panels:
- The first is an automatic control for the Bigfoot series (4 pumps). It has a light labeled "air dump".
- The second is a manual control for the Bigfoot series (4 pumps). It has both a button & a light labeled "air dump".
- The third is the standard control for the EZ series (1 pump). It doesn't have anything labeled as "air dump".

What is "air dump" for; what does it do?

Given that the unit has the Firestone air bags, must I have the "air dump" feature found only in the (more expensive) Bigfoot series?

And then if I need to dump the air out to use the levelers, is there a way that the system adds air back when hitting the road (note that we don't have an onboard compressor)?

Thanks!

The air dump feature is for diesel pushers that use a full air ride suspension.

You have axle assist air bags on a Sunseeker.....no air dump feature.
