Antenna cable

I recently purchased a DISH Wally Receiver and playmaker antenna.
I have everything working and plan on mounting the receiver in between the lights over the sink in my FR3.

What I am looking for are some ideas on how to run the cable from the antenna outside into the coach.

Any ideas appreciated!

A friend has a carryout and needed to get to the bedroom of his Jayco. He always places the carryout on the roof so he installed the feed up high through the side wall outside the bedroom area. Short run to the Dish receiver.
