A door sagging can be several things worn hinge or loose rivets. open the door and check that the hinge rivets are still tight and if not replace. good luck.

Can you provide a close up photo of the hinge attachment on the inside?

We have a brand new 2018 gt5 31r5 and same was noted on delivery same is a result of the pins in the hinges being sloppy. You can see how the hinges move when door is open and you wiggle it up and down. I’m meaning to give FR a call to see what they say.

I had that happen on our GT5 after a while. Somehow the service tech fixed it. We'll be back there at the end of next week an I'll try to remember to ask him.

We had another door dragging which was "adjusted" by the dealer. We picked it up today and I asked the tech how he adjusted it because it's now fine and none of the others have started dragging again.

He kind of smiled and said the doors are not adjustable so I asked him what he did. He said it looks like the weight of the door is deforming the door slightly so he took a rubber mallet and gently tapped it on the bottom to un-deform it. He said you need to be careful to not hit it too hard because the door can deform.

I also noticed that there is a drain hole drilled on the bottom of the doors that were never filed flat. I put some masking tape around the holes and used a fine file so there is no edge to drag.

Rick, to fix the door, try this,

On the bottom hinge, there are 3 screws that go thru the hinge and screw into the edge of the door.

I would loosen the 3 screws and place a spacer between the hinge and the door edge I would try using a 1/16" spacer made from a plastic bottle etc.

After inserting the shim, tighten the screws and try the door again. Inspect the door to see if this thickness of shim helped. Then add or subtract shim thickness to get door adjusted like you want it.

Once it fits correctly, make a permanent shim with 3 holes in it so the screws can pass thru it.

Doing this should lift the bottom of the door and keep it from dragging.

we had a similar but different problem. we were on a trip and hit a pothole. next thing i knew the basement door was open and flapping as we went along. seems like the bolt in the latch barely seated in the strike. i took the strike off and added some washer (shims) to move it closer to the door in order to hold it closed. i also added some d-rings around the opening and used parcord to make a custom sized cargo net that fits across the opening. now even if the door does open the cargo net will keep stuff from falling out.
