Thank you for speaking up, sir. Iím NOT amateur or professional anything and I hate these lights. I want to see the stars.
All this talk of boon-docking. We recently parked 5 miles down a way too rough road for our motorhome on a beautiful bluff and woke up to 4 other RVs surrounding us. With generators roaring. Iím about to give it all up.

For the Purell dispenser. I got them on Amazon. You have to buy a case of (12) and they come with the clear plastic holder. I put one in the wet bay and one in the rear tool bay. I kept one for a spare. I have one in my garage and the rest of them were given away to some of my camping friends

The control module that I have includes a 10A fuse.

Can you control the color and brightness on the ones you guys installed?

Dave
Yes you can change the color. There are two options when you buy them. Single color (white) or multi color. I purchased them from Boogielights.com

I had them installed with some warranty and other work last year. I think the labor was about $200 for the install. The lights were a separate price.

Boogie lights for your motorhome

For everybody looking for the sanitizer bracket. Search for "purell pump bottle holder bracket". Part number 9008-12. It works with a 12 ounce pump bottle. Click image for larger version

Unfortunately you do not appear to get how annoying these are to others. The last thing we want is more of them ruining our experience.

Basic courtesy requires nothing should go beyond your campsite. That includes lights and sounds.

I am very aware of my surroundings and very courteous to fellow campers all of the time. These lights are not full bright all of the time and they donít stay on all of the time. When I was doing research on installing them I reviewed a bunch of threads on several RV forums and everyone of them had comments by someone who doesnít like lights. I started this thread to help other fellow campers get an idea for installing them and possibly be helpful to someone. Comments about disliking lights doesnít really pertain to the subject matter. So in closing thank you for reply but it just doesnít belong here.

I was kidding. My point was you should not park your vehicle 6 feet from another and expect to never hear or see them do anything that you wouldn't because you don't like it.

So sound and light shouldn't travel more than 6'? Holy cow you expect a lot.

Anyone that complains about this just wants to complain. I showed how I installed it. I accomplished my goal. Everyone that hates boogie lights (who are not interested in Boogie light) not sure why you would even click on this thread for any reason except to start crap. So, please be nice and donít make a comment if you donít like them. Thank you.

Well IDguy. I can only hope that Clark Griswald and the rest of his family from Christmas Vacation move next door to you and decorate their house for Christmas in October and leave the
Lights on 24 hours a day. This is ridiculous. You had no input about the installation. Just stop.

Wonít happen. Your analog is right on.

Please have consideration for your fellow campers.

We donít need encouragement of such discourteous behavior.

Please erase this thread.

BTW, our purpose is to discourage annoying behavior that affects us.
