Child Seats

We have a Forester 2861 and want to see if anyone has any thoughts about options for securing a rear facing carseat. I know that the dinette bench is the logical place but I do want to replace the booth set up with regular dining table and chairs. I am wondering if anyone had figured a method to still be able to secure a rear facing car seat without the dinette or if I have to give up my table and chair idea. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
