Class C gasser bunk model ideas

Someone I know is looking to retire this summer and to purchase (likely) a Class C gasser bunk model. I'm helping to do some research and have found a few in the 31-32' range, but are there many in the 25-28' range?

I have always kept a close eye on the bunk house MH floor plans since they started out around 06. I don't belive I've ever seen one with bunks in anything less than 30feet? I don't belive there is enough room inside to install bunks, bathroom and bedroom and a kitchen!
