End of the season

Sadly, we are at the end of another season. We spent more nights in our RV this year than we did the previous years we've owned it, so that is good.
My question is this: Now that we are closing our 5th year with our motor home, what are some of the normal wear and tear things I need look into this fall or next spring?Or what things do we need to think about replacing? We have a Sunseeker (2860 DS).

The general rule for motor home tires is to replace them at five years old. RV tires don't wear out, they age out. Factory shocks are usually pretty lame so I'd be replacing them at the same time. If you aren't already a member of the FMCA you might want to consider joining for their tire program as well as other benefits. See Here: https://www.fmca.com/rv-discount-clubs

I'd also consider having the roof seals redone.

Why is your season over? We're in northern Ohio and use our MH all year. We have trips planned in November, December, & March. Sometimes I winterize the rig 2 or 3 times a year. Only takes me about 10 minutes now!
