Engine overheating

I have a 2015 coachman encounter 37LS. I have 5368 miles on the coach and it is overheating. I've had to pullover and get towed to a repair facility. Also, is this a common problem? Can anyone tell me what the maximum towing capacity of my Coachmen Encounter is? Thank you very much.

GVWR is 22,000 lbs and gross combined weight rating is 26,000 lbs. Thaking this in mind, if you are at your GVWR weight with supplies, fuel, passangers etc. Then your towing limit is 4,000lbs. Also there should be a sticker some place that has all your weight specification. Usually in cabinet by driver some place.
