F53 cabin filter?

Seeing as the Ford F53 is the most unlikely real world vehicle compared to a Class B or Class C vehicle, and for that matter.....your daily driver vehicle....

Does anyone know if they even have a cabin filter like found in real vehicles, which are usually located in behind your glove box? Just changed our daily driver vehicles, and they needed changing.

Just asking.

No cabin filter on the aftermarket HVAC system. I don't even think he E series Ford has one from the factory.
