Forester 3011DS Tank Drain?

I'm new to RVs and trying to locate the fresh water tank drain on this rig? I easily found the hot & cold low point drains, but can't find the tank drain. I haven't put any water in it yet, but plan on do a relocation to FL from NH soon and wanted some onboard water for flushing/washing. I don't want to put water in unless I can drain it when I get there...
Thanks!!!

I think it's the valve on the blue line next to the water filter, which is also the cold water drain. That's the best I can remember since we store our rig and I can't look at it right now.

Ok, I thought there would be a separate drain for the tank itself and that was only for the lines. But that would make good sense to have a single drain for cold water lines and the tank.
Thx!
