We were in the Sunseeker yesterday, cleaning up after our trip last week and going over the what we liked/didn't like about the trip as it pertained to the RV. One thing that continually sticks out as a negative with our 3010DS is the bathroom. We don't use the shower for anything more than storage, so that's not the issue. If you're familiar the 3010DS and several others like it, the toilet and sink are across from the shower and THAT room is SMALL, making certain procedures VERY difficult!
Honestly, I don't know how it came up, but one of us , probably her, mentioned a Class A and a bigger bathroom.
WHAT?!?!
Next thing I know, she's inside the house on her laptop looking at different floorplans, etc. Yeah, I joined her at the peninsula on my laptop and the first thing I looked at was an FR3. I spent maybe 1/2 hour looking at different models and such. Her? I think she still had Class A's on her screen when she shutdown her computer for the night.
I know I can't take her to a dealer and look at them. Every time I take her to a dealer, even to pick up a part, we wind up getting a different RV. It's gotta stop some time!
I had the hots for an FR3 because of the bathroom in our Sunseeker. Got totally turned off when we looked at a few. Brand new ones were not as nice as our used SunSeeker. The same dealer had Georgetowns that were much better. I would have bought one but my wife didn’t like the sofa.

Then we looked at Thor Vegas/Axis . They had some nice points but still seemed a step dwn in materials and build. They may be improved by now.

I've got the nice fridge in the Sunseeker. I need a decent toilet area to go with it!

How long ago was that? Starting in 2019 they ditched the couch with that pull-out right angle seat that blocked most of the aisle and replaced it with a couch that has built-in recliners.

If you do make the Hershey show make sure you find the FROG Booth and say hi, we will be located with Keystone RV Center again this year

Well, I have been given the green light to plan a Rsystown Lake/Hershey trip for September.
Will do, dblr. Always good to put a face with a handle.
Yep, I'm in trouble now! 🤤

I had two class "C" motorhomes over 20 years and liked them. In 2013 I went to a 2-foot longer class "A" motorhome and I love it. Bigger bathroom, front captains chairs turn around for more seating, AND I have a great view because there is nothing hanging over the front windshield. And you sit up higher so you have a better view. I won't go back to a class "C".

The big problem is small showers , even in big class A's. That is we now own a Puma 31RLQS, big shower and great floor plan.

Our Flagstaff had a decent tub/shower. But, we usually use the showers at the campgrounds and in the unit it is storage. 3 different RV's and I have yet to take a shower in any of them.

I know how you feel, I am in the same situation. We bought the a213hw Aframe last year to see how we like camping. Said in 5 years if we still love it, we would move up. Since then DW said I need a new truck. I got the new truck, now she said, we need a larger TT at least 28'. She has been looking at different floor plans and models. I see a new TT a lot earlier than planned. At least she loves to camp.
