Insulating E450 engine doghouse

What type insulation have you used to reduce heat intrusion from the engine doghouse on your Ford E450 ?

I do not own a Ford E-450 but I did have to replace some noise absorption padding on a vehicle. The company I used is Eastwood. They sell all sorts of different material from heat to noise abatement material. The cost ranges from the low 70's to will over $200 depending on what you want and need.
I have attached a link for your reviews.

Thermo-Tec Cool It Supressor Mat, available on Amazon.
60" x 36" runs about $55 bucks,
Noise and heat supressor mat. Did my doghouse about 4 years ago with it. Works really well. It is easy to cut, but be aware that once you place it, it's DOWN. When you remove your dog house you'll find a one piece moulded felt type insert. It removes in one piece.
Because of the contours of the dog house I cut the Cool It mat into easily placed pieces until entire doghouse was covered.
The original moulded insert will go back over the new mat.
One piece easily covered the doghouse with enough left over to put a good size piece under the drivers and passengers floor mat, directly on the metal floor.
Much cheaper than the Eastwood and Dynamat stuff and works just as well.

I used Dynamat Extreme with Dynamat hood liner over top. I had enough Extreme to do around the speakers in the doors as well.
