How do I turn off the GPS function and just listen to the radio. It seems as though once the GPS is on, I can never turn it off. I’ve tried turning the unit off and on. But the GPS is still trying to direct me to a destination. There are times when I do not want the GPS to be on. Once it’s on, how do you turn it off?

I've seen other threads where folks are asking how to turn off the radio and just use the GPS. But I'm trying to do the opposite.

On the GPS menu screen there is an EXIT button. Use that button to turn the unit off. You can also delete your destination, the GPS will stay on but only show where you are and not give directions.
