Is this a unit you own?

Each one is different. Some accessories come out of CCC as (maybe) advertised. On our last unit, a Heartland Cyclone, the extra AC, bigger fridge, all TV's, electric awnings and electric beds in the garage all came out of CCC.

There is ONE, and ONLY ONE place to find a CCC for that particular unit, and that is the Yellow Sticker. May be on the left front corner outside, in the door frame or in a cabinet, usually in the galley. It will specify which liquids (water/propane/waste) are included or not.

Each unit is weighed after production and then a meth head sticks the sticker on there (hopefully the right one).

2017 Sunseeker 3010DS, hit the CAT scale mid trip on the road with grey, black and fresh all under 1/3, fuel full and 4900lb combined weight Caddy SRX and electric brake dolly following.

We loaded our 2017 Forester 3051S with everything we wanted to carry, full gasoline tank, full propane tank. 1/3 full fresh water, black & gray empty.
GVWR is 14500, interesting that GAWR front is 5000 and rear is 9600 (14600 lbs). We weighed 14520, weighing each corner, which included 2 people and 2 dogs. I was amazed that the weight distribution was on the money I came home and took about 100 lbs of "extras" out.
Still, it can't be good to always run at or near the maximum rating.
