Rv armor roof coating

Have anyone had any experience with the RV ARMOR ROOFING?

How reliable are they? How good are they? How expensive are they?

Any comment, please!

I had friends who were installers (it's a popular job for fulltime RVers as it lets you travel with them). Each of them ended up doing their own roofs and none have been unhappy with it.

I'm not sure on cost, though.

I had it done and it stopped a small leak in the front. Had an issue with a gap in material several years later and they came out and repaired it. The warranty goes with the life of the camper based on the VIN. It was cheaper than a traditional re-roofing.
I recommend it.

I just looked into it. Looks very good to me. Cost is based on linear footage of your rig, with a minimum of $3650/job. Sounds high-ish, but not when you consider that it's maintenance-free and lifetime guaranteed. Thinking seriously about having it done.

There are two different companies out there RV Armor and Flex Armor, each has different advantages. I would suggest looking at the both before pulling the trigger.

RV Armor is the first thing I put on any RV. Yes expensive, but if you ever chased a roof leak for three years, it is worth it. I will say I was glad I got the roof replaced before adding RV armor. One leak was from the factory not sealing the area where the roof meets the sidewall.

Anyhow, this is my second MH with RV Armor. I am very happy with them.

Oh yeah. They come to you. The first MH was done in my driveway - the second at a campground.

More than just 2. I got my roof redone by RV Roofing Solutions. Similar product and actually some of their installers used to work for RV Armor.
