You could put an automotive alarm system in that calls you via a cellular device. There's quite a few out there.
Or you could go with a passive residential system, it could be wired. Doors, windows, motion, glass breaks, fire...there's a lot of options. Alarm trips, siren goes off.
It could also be wireless. You could put a router in that creates a WIFI network, it just wouldn't be connected to the internet.
Active residential shouldn't be too hard either. Here too there are systems with cellular notification to the monitoring people. Only thing is you'll have to make arrangements where they call YOU, as they have no idea what police departments jurisdiction you would be in, unless you're staying in the same spot for a while and then you can update the number(s) they call....
You would need power for all of this though, or a battery, which I would recommend be separate from the rest of the house and would have a limited life span. Unless you put solar on it.
Lots of options.
Question though, where are you parking that this kind of security is necessary?
