Slide Issue

I have a 2019 2251 SC Forester. Last trip of the season my slide did not retract fully. Facing the slide the bottom right corner is not totally flush. It appears to be sticking out approximately one to one and a half inches causing trim and wallpaper on the interior wall to pop off. It's going to Camping World for repairs next week but curious if anyone else has dealt with this kind of an issue. I bought it used so I don't have a warranty. It's been great the last two summers until this.

Do you know what type of slides it has, or do you have a picture of what it looks like with the slide out?
