Adding to the list here;

- A 10 x 10 section of Astro turf from Home Depot, we put it in front of the door and it plays a big part in keeping the dirt out of the coach.

- A Home Depot bucket, very handy for whatever.

- a small folding table, some class c's have a spot in the basement that that fits a couple of folding tables.

- Extension cord

- Tools, road flares, jumper cables

- Small inverter

At some point in time, we all started as newbies to the camping experience. It is up to us to share what we have learned with our neighbors. Personally, having experienced all forms of camping since the early 1960s, I still learn from others.

Looks like the 2431S has a nice layout. Congrats!

What we have done in anticipation of buying another RV was to check out garage sales, auctions, estate sales. For instance, we picked up a new sewer hose kit (2 sections of hose, coupler, 90 sewer adapter, bayonet for the tanks) for $1. Our eyes popped when we saw what the quality and price actually were. New cookware, utensils, screen tent, new bedding-all from these sales. It's amazing what people buy and never use.We now have a 2500TS that is pretty well equipped.

Dollar stores are also good for disposable items and small containers.

Brok'en record time... a 30 amp progessive power protector, a clip board and a tape measure. Start making a list and create a dedication place for everythin you take.. heavy stuff low, and light stuff high. Check you cabinet floors for adequate weigth capacity..

PM me and l will send you my packing check list later this week, currently we are in transit back to the barn from a wet week at the beach in L'IL Foot. DW is doing a great job motor boating up the interstate today...
