When we bought our TT in 2015 it was new. I guess that we were fortunate in that I have only had to take it back to the dealer once for warranty work (knocking on wood right now!). When I contacted the selling dealer service department, their initial response was "be about 3 weeks before we can get it in". I told them that I had bought the unit there and I thought it was a minor issue (stove and oven wouldn't light) and we were leaving the next week for a trip. They then said to bring it in the next morning and they'd take a look at it - had a "fast lane" for customers who had purchased from them.

Having said all of that, I believe that the quality has decreased substantially from 2015 to today. If you decide to go with a Class C or even a TT, you might want to get one that's a year or two old so that all of the "initial birthing pains" will have been hopefully corrected. You're also letting someone else take the initial depreciation hit.

I saw a Newmar Dutch Star for sale that was almost 20 years old that ANY RV park would be happy to allow in. Might even increase the value of the property

Had 4 slides and was offered at $105k. Less than 50k miles with I believe a 400 hp Cummins engine.

We are on our 3rd RV. TT 5th and now our Berkshire she’s a 2011 390RB. 40 ft diesel bath 1/2 w/d. 4 slides 2 sets of opposing ones. After owning our pull alongs. We knew what we wanted. Maybe make up lists of what you want, need and have to have. We found her used 4 years ago on consignment. Me originally from Omaha knew what the Berk name meant. We call her Buffy. Good luck on your search
