We went with the Select Comfort Mattress since I have a bad back, but there are quite a few people that have gotten a Memory Foam topper at Walmart and really like it. I'm sure others will chime in with their suggestions.

We just use one of those inexpensive egg crate style toppers on the mattress in our Roo and it made a considerable improvement.

Did you get one somewhere? If so what did you get and do you like it?
I was going to ask the exact same question then found this thread.

Update
We got the 4 inch memory foam $120 for a queen size at Walmart. 2inch memory foam and 2 inch dense regular foam.
It comes with a cover to protect the foam.
It seems to do the trick. I am a big guy and I don't bottom out on the wood any more.
Let it set for a day to expand from being compressed for shipping.
It had a slight odor when we opened it. That went away after a day.
