I have an 2006 18LT, and when I go to a certain camp site I bottoming out and rubbing the bottom of the fresh water tank. The hitch is set up correctly. Does anyone else have this issue? any ideas to protect the tank?

dragging

I have a 34FK & noticed that the FW tank is about 2" lower than any of the joists & framing. I'm going to weld a 2-2 1/2' heavy angle iron in a V shape in front of the tank. Hopefully deflecting any road debris that may hit it to the sides. Sorry but that's all I can think of. Poor design!
