Exterior bolts

Looking to find out what these bolts are called on 2015 18ec. The fasteners that have a little
Plastic washer. Torx pans head bolts. What are these things?

In the brochure they’re called million mile bolts.

attached a picture of bolt I'm looking to find along with washer.
I got a bolt thread finder tool thingy ordered to go about this the hard way.
I hoped someone knew what these were and how to get them.
I would call them zinc coated pan head- torx. But are they metric?

Button head torx. Look in Grainger or McMaster-Carr online catalog

I think I figured this out. Macmaster-Carr- 1/4"20 thread button head
