Looks like a few thousand other smaller toy haulers. I had use of an older (2004) W&P back in the day. Great unit and built to take it. Looks like they have gotten away from the work trailer base that made it so durable.

That is exactly what I have only they call it a Shockwave T29KSGDX. Only two were made and now they are selling it as a Work and Play. I had two Work and Play trailers prior. This is a great trailer regardless of brand name. Many upgrade features and things you normally do not find on a toy hauler.

Like the counter space in the kitchen...and the sink faucet and the 2 entry doors. The bathroom looks to be a bit cramped...? Don't remember seeing those in 2016 when I bought my '17. Nice trailer.

Which makes me wonder will this new trailer have similar specs? The thing about Work & Plays has always been ruggedness more than glamor. Putting a car in a W&P was normal.

That new model looks more like an ATV hauler than a race care hauler. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Looking at their website, It appears the things that drew me to buy a W&P are gone.

Based on the dealers I spoke with a couple years ago when I bought it, it sounded like they had a hard time moving them and that customers like me who wanted a utilitarian rugged trailer with high CCC were as rare as rainbow colored unicorns.

Yuck! Looks like everything else rolling down the road. I was specifically drawn to the W&P because of the enclosed trailer look & then after research realized how much better built than a "camper". Seems the more than time goes by, everything is made cheesier, but cost more. Proud to have my 2014 trailer & 2006 dually ... zero desire to have anything newer in either realm now.

We are glad we got ours before they ruined the product.

I have had two. First an 18 and then the 25WAB. Great trailers but some problems as they all have. I now have a T29KSGDX which is now being built as the new W & P. Believe me it is an improvement and is much more livable when traveling with a toy in the back. Garage can be expanded to 16 feet and many more amenities.

After 8000 miles of camping and hauling it is every bit as good as the old work and play . Maybe even better . I did prefer the looks of the newer W & P models with the enclosed generator and propane tanks.
