Ramp door leak

Noticed the ramp door was allowing water to leak in during rain from the top of the door. It seems that the door just isn't held snug enough at the top to get a good seal.
Has anyone added something like this, or dealt with this issue before? It is past the warranty period and we know service depts. are hit or miss so we really want to DIY this if someone has some ideas or suggestions.

I have the same issue. Was thinking about adding weather stripping.

A friend of mine had the same issue with his new toy hauler. What we did was to add a piece of sheet metal, found at home supply stores. This was shaped so that you would attach it to the body of the TH, it sticks out so as to go over the top edge of the door, and has a little part of the flashing that faces downward. This catches the ran and diverts it out beyond the closed door and the rain falls harmlessly out beyond the door. This was not what is normally called "drip edge flashing", it's shaped differently. The top edge of the photo will be the part that attaches to the TH. We had to trim the height of this edge to make it fit, , ,

@sdelam: Would the product on Amazon work? Most likely it would. It is 29/32" high (about 7/8") so it may fit without any trimming. It only sticks out 1/2" so would that be enough to divert water from entering your ramp door? Price wise--the Amazon product is costly compared to the sheet metal from a home supply store at maybe $3 for ten (10) feet. Your choice, good luck, , ,
