2000 flagstaff shamrock M21 Canvas/cleaning

I recently purchased a used camper, 2000 flagstaff shamrock M21., This is my first camper and i was wanting to clean the exterior up (its not in bad shape but could use a good scrub) i noticed a yellow spot on the canvas of the front pop out. What material is the canvas and what is safe/ best to use for cleaning and maintenance?

I will tell you what I use but I'm not sure your tenting material is the same as mine. Mine is 15 years newer. Anyway, two products to use are..Oxy clean upholstery cleaner and Awsome cleaner. Both are good for removing stains. I would suggest you test both on an inconspicuous area in case your material is different from mine.

There should be a manufacturer's tag on one of the inside tent seams.
TJ Snuggles, in Indiana, has been the Roo/Shamrock canvas manufacturer for years.
Give them a call.

I cleaned the dirty bunk end vinyl 'roofs' of my Starcraft PUP with a vinyl cleaner bought at West Marine. Worked extremely well

hybrids have vinylized canvas so no need to "seal" it after cleaning.
maybe the seams if you clean them.

I ended up using a cleaner called tough stuff and it worked like magic! It took every stain and discoloration away. Then i wiped it down with soap and water. Finished the cleaning with spraying it down with a waterproofing spray. I think it is a vinyl canvas . I was pleased to discover everything in great shape minus one tiny hole that i need to patch.

My 2003 Rockwood pop up had a vinyl canvas that was very heavy, and pretty much like the new 2016 Roo. In the first days, I actually used bleach diluted with water, and followed with soap and water. I never saw any damage from it, but I stopped doing that as soon as I learned to just keep after it with mild cleaners, like dish soap. I actually think the canvas was heavier than the new Roo, and I think it might be the same as your 2000 Roo. The outside was vinyl and the inside was a cloth canvas texture. Stains on the inside come off with OxiClean sprays.
