2005 Shamrock 233 Leak in bathroom Vent

Just got a new to us Shamrock 233 (2005) at the beginning of the summer and have loved it. I have a few leaks we have found as we have been camping in all types of weather with it. I have read some on the leaks in the beds (all three leak slightly to some extent. The only place I can see that may be the problem is the water that drains off the trailer and down the sides of each one of the beds due to the rain gutter system. Has anyone found a solution for this or the bed leaks in general. The second thing that is driving me nuts is a leak around the seal in the bathroom. I got on top and cleaned/sealed the entire vent and all subsequent cracks with the roofing tape which I have used on previous trailers and LOVE... we went out again a few weeks later and the leak was back with a vengeance... anyone have any ideas on where the leak is coming from if not the seal around the immediate vent (That part is now completely sealed/no water could get in)??

when you say "roofing tape", do you mean Eternabond?

as for the rain gutters, try using gutter extensions and see if that helps.
or check the seals closely for permanent compression, on seals that old.

Yes I mean Eternabond as far as what I placed on the roof. I have rain gutter extentions to put on it, haven't done it yet. I have read several things where ppl have had leaking in the beds and was wondering if there was a specific fix to the problem.

if you sealed the vent with Eternabond correctly and there's no cracks in the vent frame/cover, then it's coming from somewhere else and finding its way out the vent.

as far as bunk leaks, there's a number of fixes for them but it depends on the reason. some have warped bunk doors, some have bad/compressed seals, some have clearance lights leaking down into the bunk frame and so on.
