2008 Roo 232 hot water tank

Is the only way to access the hot water tank through the outside storage door? The couch that sits in front of the hot water tank on the inside is not movable.

When connecting to water at campsite i have a flood on the concrete in this area.

First time using this year because of life. We had several days of 0 degree weather this winter.

Did you winterize the trailer?
I would guess that there should be a false panel or plywood cover, under the couch, over the space where the WH is.

Echoing Dan's question: Was the trailer water system winterized last year? Doesn't appear to be the case. Just reading the symptoms it's a burst pipe or burst water heater caused by freezing.

The water heater may be behind a fake door (like my 23SS Roo) or similar. The winterization valves have to be accessible -- and are in every Roo -- you just gotta find them. In my Roo there's a water filter (canister type) there too. Lots of freezable tanks and pipes.
