2009 23SS Slide roller problem

We bought a used 2009 Roo 23SS a month ago. Being new to us I spent some time looking things over. First I found condensate in the shower dome, took it apart inside and dried it out and went up on the roof and there I found some cracks on the dome sealant I used some lap sealer to correct that. The other problem I found was when I opened one of the cabinets that are screwed shut below the kitchen drawers and oven I found I roller bracket assembly that use to be screwed to the floor bent over crushing the wheel hub, water lines and wires, could have been some problems if gone unnoticed when open and closing the slide. I lowered the bracket which is adjustable to take off some weight and used bigger lag bolts to secure back to the floor in the upright position, It seems to me the roller was set to high and the weight caused it to rip the bolts out of the floor and rest againt the wheel well and the water lines. Just something to check on the 23SS nothing better then having a water line break while out and about.

I also have a 2009 23SS, and have not noticed any problems with the slide-out. I is good to know what you have found. I will have to check mine out.

Thanks for the post.
