Can anyone please tell me what the stock tire size on my 2010 Rockwood Roo 23 RS is? I’m out looking at tires, forgot to check, and Google isn’t helping?

They have 14" wheels so I'd guess you have 205/75x14 size tires with a load range C from the factory.
Most likely he is correct. Many opt to go to load range D for a margin of load safety when changing tires and getting metal valve stems installed.
The goodyear web site is a good place to start and look for Endurance.
