2014 23ikss height and length

Does anyone happen to know the exact H&L of a 2014 23ikss (including the A/C and the spare tire to tongue? The Forest River website says 9'7 x 24'x8" but does it take those items into account?

Am looking for inside storage and I know it's going to be close for both the height an length. Thanks!

The published dimensions are based on "fixed" elements, so length is tongue to bumper, but not tire carrier. Height is ground to roof, but doesn't include the height of skylight domes, A/C, antenna, etc. I'm sorry I can't help you with specifics though for a 23IKSS, but as a data point our former 21SS was 11'-3" from ground to top of A/C.

Yep, the brochure/website spec for length, is tongue to bumper, without adding spare tire, since it's an "option".
remember that all those specs are for a stripped down base trailer. No a/c, oven, spare tire, awning, microwave and so on.
